Supplemental Directive 11-04: Single Point of Contact for Borrowers Required Under Making Home Affordable

On May 18, 2011, Supplemental Directive (SD) 11-04: Making Home Affordable Program - Single Point of Contact for Borrower Assistance was issued providing new policy guidance related to servicers' communications with borrowers during the delinquency resolution process.  This SD is effective September 1, 2011, and amends and supersedes the notated portions of the latest MHA Handbook (v3.1).
