VA Extends Circular 26-09-4

The rescission date of VA Circular 26-09-4 has been extended to January 1, 2013, so that stations continue to provide guidance on VA's position with respect to the use of Fannie Mae Market Conditions Addendum, Form 1004MC, in all VA appraisal reports.
