At Your Service: New Enhancements for Manufactured Housing and Cooperatives

This month Document Systems, Inc. ("DSI") added new enhancements to DocMagic that will enable the user to add more details if "manufactured housing," "manufactured housing/PUD," or "cooperative" is selected as the property type under the Property tab within DocMagic.

If "manufactured housing" or "manufactured housing/PUD" is selected, you may click on the More Details button to obtain the following screen:

As you can see above, the user may add details concerning the Make, Model, Year, whether the manufactured home is New/Used, the Size, Manufacturer, Serial Number, HUD Label Number, Certificate of Title Number, Certificate of Title Type, and whether or not the manufactured home is anchored. This information would then appear in any loan documentation specific to manufactured homes, such as the manufactured home rider.

Another enhancement to DocMagic includes a details screen for cooperatives if "cooperative" is selected as the property type. By clicking on the More Details button, the user may enter the Apartment Number, Number of Shares and Lease Date of the cooperative.
