A new version of DocMaster has recently been released to all DocMagic users. This new version contains a number of enhancements to increase your productivity and make viewing, editing and printing your documents that are generated by DocMagic as easy as possible. Below is a brief list of these new features:

• Automatic Program Self Update Feature. This new version of DocMaster will automatically check for updates periodically and if one is available, it will ask the user if they wish to install it. This will ensure that you are always using the latest version of the program.
• Changed Document Indication for DocMagic Online Users. This feature, previously only available to DocMagic for Windows users, is now available to DocMagic Online users as well. So, if you make a change to a worksheet or websheet, the documents that changed as a result will be displayed in the document list in red and can be printed with the push of a single button.
• Drag/Drop of PCL/PDF/BLKs Into DocMaster for Easy Viewing. If you have DocMaster open and want to quickly view a PCL or BLK file, you can just drag and drop it into the DocMaster window and it will open and display the document. You can also drag and drop a PDF file into the DocMaster window and DocMaster will launch your Adobe software and display the file.
• Red or Green Indicator Quickly Shows If There Is A Problem With A Set Of Documents. At the bottom of the DocMaster window is a status bar that displays important information. New to this status bar is a small indicator light that will be either red or green. If it is red, it means there is a problem with the document set and the worksheet should be reprocessed.
• Number of Pages In A Document Set Displayed in the Status Bar. This new status bar item will also display the number of pages in a selected document.
• Support For Landscape Forms. DocMaster can now view, print and edit Landscape forms.
• Automatic Installation for Docmagic Online Users. Users no longer have to manually install DocMaster when using DocMagic Online. DocMagic Online will check your system and see if you have the latest version. If not, it will automatically download and install it for you.
• DocMaster Now Prints Much Faster In GDI Mode, Allowing Support For Almost Any Windows Printer.

You can also check to make sure you have the latest version of DocMaster when it is open by going to the Help menu, selecting About and then clicking the Check for Updates button. DocMaster is also available for download here.
