Impac Suspends Alt-A Loans; New Plans in Effect

Impac has suspended funding of its so-called Alt-A Loans and currently has no plans to originate these loans in the near future.  Impac is only funding loans that are eligible to be sold to government-sponsored agencies. 

In response to this announcement, Impac has instructed DocMagic, Inc. to remove all of its loan programs and replace them with new, approved programs that mirror its own product codes.  To view Impac's new loan programs, please visit the Investor Updates page and select Impac's investor matrix.
