Rosa joined Document Systems, Inc. ("DSI") in July, 1998 as an In-House Representative and has been so since. In addition to her duties with the In-House Department, Rosa also answers phones at the front desk and organizes the kitchen in the office.

"Rosa has been a great help to the Front Office...one of the few people who helps out to cover the phones. Rosa is very dependable and provides professionalism to our Department," according to Alondra, DSI's Front Office Manager.

Aside from helping out at the front desk, Mike Zarrilli, DSI's Operations Manager, remarks, "We can always depend on Rosa to be utilized in different areas. She covers the phones as back up, assists in Customer Service and does a fantastic job in the fulfillment of Initial Disclosures for our large enterprise customers, which produce a heavy volume of paperwork to be scanned, packaged and mailed. Rosa is extremely fast and efficient."

Julie Stannard, DSI's In-House Manager, beams that Rosa is "a dedicated woman to her job and to her 3-children... She has an excellent attitude towards everything she does at work and does so without a complaint."

According to Julie, Rosa is a great asset to the In-House department as she is always willing to take on additional responsibilities when Julie is out or on vacation. Julie leaves with no doubt that the In-House Department will be guided the way it is supposed to be in her absence.

Julie says proudly, "Rosa is a smart, dedicated and trustworthy employee. She has an excellent attitude when it comes to DSI's customers and a deep commitment to quality in carrying out job responsibilities and completing assignments on time." As such, Julie believes that Rosa deserves the "Employee of the Quarter" award.

Overall, Alondra emphasizes how much she enjoys her lovely sense of humor and appreciates her willingness to help out." Mike points out similar features, stating that Rosa has a great attitude and is a team player. With all of these accolades, there is no doubt that Rosa deserves to be awarded "Employee of the Quarter" in the fourth quarter of 2006.
