Effective immediately, DocMagic users must download new loan programs of Deutsche Bank. And, effective Wednesday, January 17, 2007, Document Systems, Inc. ("DSI") will be releasing new loan programs of Freedom Mortgage and SunTrust Mortgage. On January 17, preexisting loan programs of Freedom Mortgage and SunTrust Mortgage will be purged. DSI's release of these new loan programs is designed to match these investors' loan programs so that they are readily identifiable to the DocMagic user.

This hopefully will result in eliminating any confusion by the DocMagic user about which loan program to select. DocMagic users must download Deutsche Bank's loan programs now, and the new loan programs for Freedom Mortgage and SunTrust Mortgage may be downloaded before January 17, if desired. The loan programs of Deutsche Bank, Freedom Mortgage and SunTrust Mortgage will be posted to the Investor Updates page of the Compliance section of DocMagic's website in the January issue of The Compliance Wizard.
