DocMagic's Employee of the Quarter - Josie Sepulveda

In 1989, Josie came to Document Systems, Inc. ("DSI") to proof loan documents back when loan packages were still being sent out by mail. She then left DSI and learned about different aspects of our mortgage industry, working for both American City Mortgage (now Pinnacle) and Marina Mortgage (now American Home Mortgage), and funded loans. She later came back to DSI in 2002 and is now working in the Enterprise Investor Relations Department where she assists investors as well as our Customer Service Department with various investors' programs and related issues. Josie is always active here at DSI, creating loan programs and helping customers in quick fashion. All the while, she does it with a smile and with everyone's best interest at heart.

josie.jpgA "normal" day at DSI for Josie is always busy "from the minute she walks in to the minute she leaves." And, her day isn't even finished as she almost always leaves with work in hand. Although very busy, Josie's managers, Alan Brisbane and Mike Zarrilli, both state that Josie "completes not only her own job duties but also assists anybody else in need at their request without hesitation." She is known to be "excellent in communicating with customers" and always does so with a positive attitude. According to Brenda Jurado, an associate of Josie's Department, "Josie is a great role model given her many qualities and experience in the mortgage industry. Labeled as the 'DSI Mom,' Jose is very reliable in all that she does here at DSI."

Since 1989, Josie has seen the great growth that DSI has had and she cannot even begin to explain how excited she is about such growth. Although the company keeps growing, she is glad that the atmosphere does not change as she enjoys coming to work. In her spare time, Josie enjoys shopping and being outdoors. Hiking and rock climbing are her favorite activities.

Mike and Alan each beam, "Josie is dependable, reliable, honest and extremely hardworking." They both feel very fortunate that she is a DocMagic employee and are glad that she has been awarded Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2007.
