FEMA Form 81-93, Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF), has been updated mandatorily effective as of June 16, 2009.  The prior SFHDF had expired on October 31, 2008.  Because a replacement version had not yet been created prior to the October 31, 2008 expiration date, FEMA extended the SFHDF expiration date to six months after the replacement SFHDF was approved, which approval occurred on December 16, 2008.  DocMagic has already replaced the expired SFHDF with the updated SFHDF.  To view a copy of the updated SFHDF, click here.
