Interim/Processing Disclosures and Forms (Forms List) Available Now

As a lender or broker, have you ever wished that you could select from a list of forms and disclosures that contains, for example, a Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (Form 1008), Verification of Deposit (1006), Verification of Employment (1005), and Statement of Credit Denial, that you would like to provide to the borrower at a point in the loan process between application and closing.  Well, dream no more!

Disclosures and forms that are typically not available in any of DocMagic's standard packages are now available as optional forms from the "Services" menu bar of DocMagic.  A DocMagic user need only select "Forms" from the drop-down list of the Services menu to view a list of available forms based on loan-specific data entered into the worksheet and MISMO data passed through to DocMagic.  For example, if the "Broker" origination type is selected and the property state is Colorado, a Dual Status Disclosure will appear on the list.  (This Disclosure will not be included in Colorado predisclosure packages, because it will be needed at the predisclosure stage only if a mortgage broker is also licensed as a real estate broker.)  Furthermore, state-specific loan commitments and rate lock-in agreements will also appear on the Forms list.  With respect to forms, such as the Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (Form 1008) or Verification of Deposit (1006), that populate only if MISMO data is passed, such forms will not show on the Forms List in the absence of MISMO data.  Customers may also add customer-specific cover letters and other forms to the Forms list.  (There will be an additional fee to lay out and program these custom documents.)

If you have any questions regarding interim/processing disclosures and forms, please contact DocMagic's Customer Service Department, at (800) 649-1362.
