At Your Service: DocMagic Modifies Printing Logic for HUD/VA Addendum to 1003 Application

In response to numerous customer requests, DocMagic has modified the printing logic for HUD/VA Addendum (DocMagic Form 261802A.VA) to the Uniform Residential Loan Application.  Effective immediately, only pages one and two of the HUD/VA Addendum will print when the loan type selected in the worksheet is "VA"; all four pages of the HUD/VA Addendum will print when the loan type selected in the worksheet is "FHA."  The reason for the change is that pages three (Direct Endorsement Approval for a HUD/FHA-Insured Mortgage) and four (Borrower's and Lender's Certificate) of the HUD/VA Addendum are only applicable to FHA transactions, and not to VA transactions.  Prior to this change, all four pages of the HUD/VA Addendum printed out for both VA or FHA transactions..  The HUD/VA Addendum is listed in both the FHA and VA disclosure matrices posted on DocMagic's compliance website here and here, respectively.  If you have any questions regarding the contents of this article, please contact DocMagic's Customer Service Department.
