Effective August 3, 2010, DocMagic users will no longer have the ability to select the Pre-RESPA 2010 (Old) GFE and HUD-1 forms to return in their loan package; only the current (2010) versions of the GFE and HUD-1 will be available.

Currently, as depicted in the screen shots below, the HUD-1 tab of DocMagic allows the DocMagic user to select between the RESPA 2010 (New) and the Pre-RESPA 2010 (Old) GFE and HUD-1 forms.  In addition, the "Document Processing Options" screen enables the user to uncheck the  "Include New GFE/HUD" box in the "Document Processing Options" screen (the box checks automatically for worksheets with application dates on or after January 1, 2010) if the user desires the Pre-RESPA 2010 (Old) GFE and HUD-1 forms.

Document Processing Options

On August 3, 2010, the options in the HUD-1 tab and "Document Processing Options" screen in both DocMagic Online and DocMagic for Windows will be removed.  However, if a DocMagic user has unique circumstances and needs the Pre-RESPA 2010 (Old) GFE and/or HUD-1 forms, please contact DocMagic's Customer Service Department, at (800) 649-1362, to request that one or both of these forms be added to a particular loan package.
