Montana House Bill 90, effective October 1, 2011, changed the name of the Montana Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Lender, And Mortgage Loan Originator Licensing Act to the Montana Mortgage Act, modified disclosure requirements, and added a new administrative rule, MT ADC § 2.59.1737.
