Your printer may not be PCL 5 compatible. From within DocMaster, select Options -> System Options and click on the Printing tab. Beneath the Print ALL forms on legal checkbox, select 'Windows Print' from the drop-down box. Click OK and then print the documents again. The documents will now print via your default windows printer driver.

NOTE: This method of printing is slower than PCL Direct. It is recommended that you only use 'Windows Print' if needed.

If your printer is on a network, your printer output must be captured and routed through the network. Verify that the printer is on, the cables are connected and the network is functioning properly. If printing is still not functioning correctly, contact your Network Administrator.
