| Q9. |
Why doesn't my Adjustable Rate Loan show adjustments on my Truth-in-Lending? |
| A9. |
The adjustments are based on your Index and Margin values. If the two rates combined are less than your start rate, there is no room for the payments to adjust upward.
The Truth-in-Lending will then appear to have a fixed rate schedule.
NOTE: The Adjustable Rate Note and the Adjustable Rate Rider will indicate the percentages the loan could change, if applicable.
|
| Q10. |
When do I need an aggregate adjustment? |
| A10. |
An aggregate adjustment is needed when your lowest balance during a twelve-month cycle exceeds your impound account cushion. Your impound account cushion
consists of your monthly amount of impounds, excluding monthly Mortgage Insurance, multiplied by two.
NOTE: In some states, the cushion could be based only on the monthly amount of impounds, excluding monthly Mortgage Insurance.
This is commonly known as a one-month cushion. Other states may use a zero-month cushion. Consult state laws for the particular laws that will apply to you.

| Q14. |
My company has several printers in the office. Which printer should be used with DocMagic? |
| A14. |
DocMagic will work with most printers. You will want to choose a fast printer that has multiple trays, holding both legal and letter paper, as most document sets contain
both legal and letter size forms.
|
| Q15. |
DocMagic appears to be printing, but the printer is not printing. What could be wrong? |
| A15. |
If your printer is on a network, your printer output must be captured and routed through the network. Verify that the printer is on, the cables are connected and the
network is functioning properly. If printing is still not functioning correctly, contact your Network Administrator.

| Q16. |
The printed text overlaps and appears jumbled. What is the problem? |
| A16. |
Your printer may not be PCL 5 compatible. From within DocMaster, select Options -> System Options and click on the Printing tab. Beneath the Print
ALL forms on legal checkbox, select 'Windows Print' from the drop-down box. Click OK and then print the documents again. The documents will now print via your
default windows printer driver.
NOTE: This method of printing is slower than PCL Direct. It is recommended that you only use 'Windows Print' if needed.
|
| Q17. |
Can DocMagic automatically print more than one copy of a set of documents? |
| A17. |
Yes. When the option to print is selected, a Printer Setup window appears. In the Additional copies field, enter the amount of additional copies that are
to be printed.
To set the default for this option, select System -> System Options from the DocMaster menu. Then, in the Printing tab, enter the default number
of additional copies to be printed in the Additional copies field.

I typically utilize the document processing option to Automatically Print Documents.
Can the default order in which documents print
be modified? |
| A20. |
Yes. In DocMaster, arrange the documents in the order that you would like them to print. Then, select File -> Save Stacking Order. Future worksheets created with the
same plan code will print in the saved order, if the Automatically Print Documents option is selected prior to processing.
NOTE: If the worksheet has previously been processed and printed, the option to Automatically Print Documents will only print documents that have been modified
since the previous printing.
