Time once again for Doc's Tip of the Week! Every week I, Doc, your
loyal, document closing, loan delivering, bunny with a mission will
pick a commonly asked about feature, and explain it in an easy,
readable, and understandable fashion.

This week, I want to show you a little trick that weill save you some
time and definitely a lot of frustration. In the spirit of Instant
Gratification, I'd like to talk about WebDocs. Many of you are
familiar with Emailing Documents to a closing agent, or a title company
and you know what a joy it is to not have to wait for FedEx to deliver
your docs to Timbuktu, when you have a closing in a half an hour! The
Email Documents feature within DocMagic is definitely a lifesaver in
that regard. Now let me show you another feature that is just as fast
and easy. If the person or company that you are sending documents to
has World Wide Web acces, and not just email, you can also choose to
Leave Documents for Web-Pickup. When you use this feature, DocMagic
will contact our servers to setup your documents onto the Internet.
They will now be easily accessible from our website with a secret pass
code magically generated just for you!
Here's how:

*First let's start at the Online menu on the DocMagic toolbar.
*Next we go down to option called Process Worksheets.
*Select the worksheet that you wish to send.
*Then mark the option, uner Additional Delivery Options,
called Leave Documents for Web-Pickup
*Finally, click on the Process Documents button at he very
bottom.

Or, if you wish to only send certain forms,

*Start at the Online menu on the DocMagic toolbar.
*Next go down to the option called Leave Selected Documents
