FS 1030 unable to open REVLOCKS file
SYMPTOMS ERROR: FS 1030 unable to open REVLOCKS file.
SOLUTION
To solve this problem, you need to add the SYSTEM group to the
securityproperties of the DSI folder and assign it FULL CONTROL of that folder.
Thenclick on the Advanced button and set it to "Reset permissions on all
childobjects".If this does not work, then add the SYSTEM group to the the root
of the drivethat the DSI files reside on.The other probable cause for this error
is if the Mapped Network Drive ismapped to a share with a long filename(greater
than 12 characters) or if the thedrive was mapped to a subfolder of the share,
rather than the share itself.Example: ('apps' on '\\server\c') vs the correct
method ('apps' on 'server' z:)
