Subject: Qualifax Selected Documents

Time once again for Doc's Tip of the Week!
Every week I, Doc, your loyal, document closing, loan delivering, bunny with a
mission will pick a commonly asked about feature, and explain it in an easy,
readable, and understandable fashion.

As of now, we have discussed Emailing Documents, Leaving Documents for Web-
Pickup, and even Leaving Documents for Pickup by another DocMagic user, but
what if the person that you are sending the documents to doesn't have a email,
or web access, or DocMagic. Does that mean you have to resort to FedEx, or
some other delivery agent? Of course not! Here at DSI, we thought of just
about everything. We have a feature that will send your documents around the
world to anyone with a Fax machine. Now who doesn't have a Fax machine? I
know what you are thinking. Won't my documents get garbled, or come out
crooked if I fax them? The answer is of course no. Using the DocMagic Qualifax
option, your documents are generated and sent by a high-powered Computer
Fax Server. This ensures that your documents are crystal clear and laser
perfect. Here's How:

Start at the Online menu on the DocMagic toolbar.
Next go down to the option called Qualifax Selected Documents.
Then, with your left mouse button, click on each form that you wish to
print, or choose Select All.
Now that the forms are selected, click on the OK button at the bottom of
the screen.
Then fill out the form that appears with the Company's name and contact
information, including the Fax #, and click on OK.

Just sit back, relax and let DocMagic do all the work. Call up the receiving party
and tell them that once again Doc has put the Magic into closing Docs and that
their package is waiting for them on their Fax machine. They will definitely be
surprised at how clean and perfect the documents will appear. That should just
