Subject: This weeks tip is regarding The Window menu.

Entering data into a DocMagic database has never been easier. Simply clicking
on the Window menu will allow quick access to many of the databases utilized
in the worksheet, such as Service Providers, Brokers, Alternate Lenders, Escrow
Instructions, and many more. Utilizing this feature will allow you to easily add
information to these databases.

To use the Window option, follow these simple steps:

· Select the Window menu on the Doc Magic toolbar.
· Select the database that you would like to edit.
· Enter the data and click the save.

The information that you entered is now accessible in worksheets that you
