Subject: The Importance of the Plan Code

The Plan Code is by far the most important field in the Worksheet as it dictates
every document that prints or does not print, as well as controls program
specific defaults within the Worksheet. You can input all the correct information
you have, i.e. borrower's name, property address, etc., but if you are thinking
of selling your loan to Countrywide, and you choose a Plan Code for Flagstar, it
may be difficult to do and we dont want that to happen. So please choose your
Plan Code carefully. If for any reason you do not see the Plan Code that you
need, have any questions about the Plan Codes on your list, or if you feel you
have the right Plan Code and question the forms you did or did not receive,
please give our Customer Service Department a call to guide you in the right
direction.
