Document Systems, Inc. Tip of the Week #46
COMMENTS Subject: Worksheet Popup Options
The Set Worksheet Popup Options in
the Setup Menu will allow you to change the
way that your Worksheet Lists
appear. You can change the fields that display,
what field to sort by, and
how many worksheets to display at a time.
Heres How:
· First, let
us start at the Setup menu on the DocMagic toolbar.
· Next, choose Set
Worksheet Popup Options.
· Then choose which field to sort by. The default is
WS, which will sort
by the worksheet number.
· Then we need to enter in
how many worksheets we want to display, I
suggest anywhere from 10-30 days
back.
· The next few fields are self-explanatory; just choose whether
you
want a particular field to display with each worksheet listing. If your
system is
low on resources, then reduce the number of fields
displayed.
The changes that you enter in here will now affect all of your
worksheet listings.
Whenever you pull up a list of active worksheets,
archived worksheets, or even
choosing which worksheets to proof, print, or
process, your new options are
used. If you utilized the Default # of Days
old, DocMagic will verify that with
you every time you pull up a listing,
asking you if you wish to display only the
last 10 days (or whatever you
specified), or all of them.
You can print this tip for future reference,
and if you need any assistance with
using the Set Worksheet Popup Options
feature, or any other Doc Magic feature,
you can call our Technical Support
Department at 800-649-1362.
Best Regards,
