COMMENTS Subject: Generating Reports
DocMagic allows you to generate reports
based on any of the criteria within a
worksheet. We have created eight
pre-defined reports to help you out,
1098HIST, 1098WS, BROKER, CHAFA, CHAFA2,
CLOSED, FHA and RATES.
However, if these reports do not provide exactly what
you need, you can also
define new reports or make changes to the pre-defined
reports so they will
contain information to meet your specific
need.
Heres How:
· First, start at the Worksheet menu on the
DocMagic toolbar.
· Next, we go down to the option called Worksheet Report
Menu.
· Then choose Define a Report
· On the following screen, input a new
report ID and begin defining
your report
· You can now write a Report
Description, and choose what fields you
want to base your report on, and how
to sort them.
· When you finish adding fields click on the save icon, then
click on Run
Report.
· If you would like to view the report before it
prints, choose NO, when
asked if you would like to send to printer.

After you finish viewing, you can print from within the Report Viewer.
If
you wish to run one of the pre-defined reports, do the following:

First, start at the Worksheet menu on the DocMagic toolbar.
· Next, we go
down to the option called Worksheet Report Menu.
· Then choose Run a
Report.
· Then choose the report you wish to run.
· If you would like to
view the report before it prints, choose NO, when
asked if you would like to
send to printer.
· After you finish viewing, you can print from within the
Report Viewer.
