Subject: This weeks tip is regarding the Send Worksheets to a Diskette option.

This utility offers you a quick and easy way to safely back up your worksheet
data to a floppy disk or a Network drive of your choice. Heres how:

· Insert a floppy disk into your drive or select a Network drive.
· From the DocMagic toolbar, go to the Utilities menu and select
the Send Worksheets to a Diskette option.
· Select the drive or Network folder you would like to send the
worksheets to and click ok.
· You will be presented with a list of worksheets. Click the Select All
button and ok.
· You will receive a prompt to clear old worksheets. We recommend
that you answer yes.
All worksheet data will now be copied to a back up location. If you have a
system failure or other loss of worksheets, you can now restore them from this
backup location. Heres How:

· From the DocMagic toolbar select Utilities then Load Worksheets
from a Diskette.
· Choose the directory or the floppy drive that contains your
worksheets and click ok.
· You will then presented with a list of worksheets that were restored.
