COMMENTS Subject: Worksheet Popup Options
Worksheet Popup Options will allow
you to change the way that your Worksheet
Lists appear. You can change what
fields will display, sort by, and how many
worksheets will be selected at a
time.
Here's How:
· First, start at the Setup menu on the DocMagic
toolbar.
· Next, choose Set Worksheet Popup Options.
· Then choose which
field to sort by. The default is WS, which will sort
by the worksheet
number.
· Then we need to enter in how many worksheets to display,
we
suggest 10-30 days.
· The next few fields choose whether you want a
particular field to
display with each worksheet listing.
· If your system
is low on resources, then display only the necessary
fields.
The
information that you enter here will now affect all of your
worksheet
listings. Whenever you pull up a list of active worksheets,
archived worksheets,
or even choosing which worksheets to proof, print, or
process, your new options
are used. If you utilized the Default # of Days
old, DocMagic will verify that with
you every time you pull up a listing,
asking you if you wish to display only the
last 10 days, or all of
them.
