Unable to reach www.docmagic.com
SYMPTOMS Unable to reach www.docmagic.com. Trace route and ping all can reach the server
but the web browser cannot load our site. The web browser reports a time
out.
SOLUTION
DSI runs a "Load Balancing Server" which redirects traffic to multiple
servers. If your Proxy, Firewall, or Gateway is preventing or blocking
"Redirection", undo this setting. To prove this theory simply open a web browser
and type in the following... www1.docmagic.com. If you can get to the DSI web
site, you are blocking Redirection and must have your I.T. person adjust your
connection software at the Server level.
