Using DocMagic Online via Encompass
SYMPTOMS Instructions for interfacing DocMagic Online with Encompass using the
ePass
interface.
SOLUTION
1. Log into Encompass.
2. Select the "Pipeline" tab. This should be the
default tab when you start the
app.
3. Select loan(s) for processing.
Encompass should have some examples
already loaded.
4. On the lower-left
hand part of the screen are three tabs: "Forms", "Tools",
and "My ePass". If
the "MyePass" tab is not in the foreground, select that tab.
5. Scroll down
to the "Document Preparation" section. You may or may not
have "DocMagic"
listed there. If not, add it now.
6. To add the DocMagic link: Scroll all the
way down and click on the "Edit My
ePass" link. In the "Service Provider
Categories" area, click on the "Document
Preparation" button. In this new
screen make sure that the "DocMagic"
checkbox is checked. If you want to
store your user info, click on the "Password
Manager" link next to the
DocMagic checkbox.
7. When you're done, click on the "Save All and Continue"
button. In the next
screen, click on the "Save Order" button. From this point
on, the "DocMagic" link
will now be in the "DocumentPreparation"
section.
8. Click on the "DocMagic" link. This now brings you to our ePass
storefront.
9. Click on the "Request Closing Document" link at the bottom
left, and log in.
