The DocMaster program will not start
SYMPTOMS When selecting the "Print/Display Documents" option, the DocMaster
program
will not start and display a list of documents?
SOLUTION
This behavior occurs if the DocMagic program is installed in a "Long-file
name"
directory, such as c:\progra~1\dsi. Simply copy or re-install DocMagic
into its
default directory, c:\dsi.

COMMENTS

The DocMagic software is a 16-bit application and will not recognize long
file
names. Contact Technical Support if you have any questions about this
