I received loan documents via E-Mail and I don't know how to print them?

SOLUTION

When printing E-Mail documents, it is important to first select the desired format.
Here are simple steps to ensure your documents will print when either format is
downloaded.

DSI's DocBlock Format (*.dbk) - Recommended
Download your Documents in DocBlock format (DBK) and save it to your
desktop.
Locate the saved file and double click on it. DocMaster will initialize and display a
list of documents. Simply click "ALL" and your documents are printing.

If you are a first time user, you need to download DSI's FREE DocMaster
program used to print/view document. Also note that a *.dbk file cannot be
opened or modified with any program other than DocMaster and you must utilize
a PCL compatible laser printer.

Adobe Acrobat Format (*.pdf)
Download your Documents in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF).
When prompted, select the "Open" option. Adobe Acrobat Reader will initialize
and display your documents.

The PDF format requires the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader program. It can be
downloaded from the Adobe web site. http:\\www.adobe.com
