I/O Error in DocMagic
SYMPTOMS When attempting to process a worksheet or getting an update, the
DocMagic
displays an I/O (Input/Output) error.
SOLUTION
The user should contact DSI Technical Support at 800-649-1362 with the
I/O
error still on their screen.
COMMENTS This error occurs when a table or file has become corrupted due to a
computer
lock-up or power failure. It requires that the affected file be
reindexed or
cleared in DocMagic Classic.
