Watch Guard
SYMPTOMS When running a WatchGuard firewall or other similar proxy software,users
are
experiencing a problem with not being able to createfiles or directories
on the
NETMAGIC server.
SOLUTION
In WatchGuard you must set each user to have unrestricted HTTP access.
You
will also need to enter into the HTTP Options on the Firewall and
change
the "Remove Client Connection" Info setting so that it is not removing
the
connection info.
