Using DocMagic Online for the first time is a quick and simple process. DocMagic Online requires a plugin for your browser that allows DocMagic Online to be displayed. This is provided by installing Sun's Java Runtime Environment. Once the Java Runtime Environment is installed, the only action necessary to create your documents is to open a web browser window, navigate to DocMagic Online and log in with your email address and password.

1)	Enter your email address and password to log into DocMagic Online.
2)	You will then be prompted by a security warning to install and run "Java Plug-in 1.5". Select 'Install' to continue. NOTE: To download and install the Java Runtime Environment installation file without launching DocMagic Online, click here.
3)	Continue with the installation by accepting the J2SE Runtime Environment License and selecting 'Next'.
4)	At the Setup Type screen, the 'Typical' installation should be selected. Press 'Next' to continue.
	The progress will be displayed as the plugin is installed.
5)	To complete the JRE installation, from the Complete window, select 'Finish'.
6)	Once finished, the Java Applet will load and DocMagic Online will initialize.
