Integrated mortgage customer contact management enhances loan officers' service to borrowers
CARSON, Calif. - Aug. 11, 2003 - Document Systems, Inc. (DSI), a developer of software, tools and Web-based systems for the production of compliant loan document packages, today announced that in second quarter 2003, more than 250 loan officers chose to implement LoanMagic. LoanMagic is DSI's fully integrated mortgage customer contact management system specifically designed to meet the needs of loan officers. It streamlines the tasks involved with acquiring leads, managing contacts and gathering all personal and credit information necessary to secure a loan.

The system interfaces with desktop underwriting programs, other third party service providers, is able to communicate directly with investors for locking rates and can seamlessly transfer information to DocMagic®, DSI's closing loan document production software, to create customized closing documents, eliminating the need to re-enter data.
