A month after DocMagic announced that its new technology center is now fully operational, the facility garnered even more prestigious news.
The American Institute of Architects recognized the Torrance, Calif.-based loan document compliance and solutions provider with a 2013 AIA Institute Honor Award for interior architecture.
Selected from over 700 total submissions, DocMagic was one of 27 recipients to win this award. DocMagic will be honored at the AIA 2013 National Convention and Design Exposition in June taking place in Denver.
The AIA’s jury called the technology’s provider’s facility a “beautiful design that creates a powerful and fluid space with a unique play of light and careful sculpting of passageways that connect the open work spaces.”
The 25,000 square-foot state-of-the-art technology center was designed by Rania Alomar Design & Architecture, whose headquarters are in West Hollywood, Calif.
“This is a great honor and we are very proud of the new facility,” said Dominic Iannitti, CEO of DocMagic. “We didn’t set out to win an award. We simply wanted the very best facility in the world from which to deliver our service.”
DocMagic is hosting tours of its facility for customers at any time.
