This field tells DocMagic the type of document selection to perform. Choosing "C" for
closing will select all closing documents required while a "Z" will cause pre-disclosure
documents to be selected. Type "S" will cause servicing transfer documents only to
be selected. Most closing packages include all applicable transfer of servicing
documentation, however, these documents can now be ordered separately. If
type "S" is entered and your plan allows, the Transfer To field will be activated to
allow you to indicate the entity to which servicing will be transferred / assigned.
By choosing "F" for Flood will select all Flood documents that are required for a Flood Certificate.
