This numeric code acts as a reference number
for accessing a particular DocMail entry. When
entering new DocMail messages, DocMagic
automatically creates a new code number when
you press [Enter] at this field. You may type in
your own code number (ranging from one to seven
digits in length) and press [Enter]. Press the down arrow for a
pop-up list of previous DocMail entries as well as
incoming messages from DSI.
The DocMail auto-scan feature will quickly identify
incoming messages instantly upon entry.
