Safedocs Digital Closing

 

Doc Magic's clients are now enabled to conduct digital closings. 

Doc Magic and Safedocs have created a seamless integration that takes

loan documents from the Lender's document request through digital closing

to electronic achieving.  All the lender needs to do is select the Safedocs option

in Doc Magic's processing options interface.  The documents will be placed into

Safedocs automatically and prepped for a complete turnkey digital closing process. 

This ASP integration makes digital closings only a "click" away and eliminates

messy assimilation issues.

By setting up and clicking the Safedocs client viewer on their work
station, the lender is able to track, in real time, the flow of their
digital documents to and from Escrow document execution with click,
PKI or biometric signatures, Notarization, Funding, Recordation and
achieving of their closing documents.  This complete workflow solution
is accomplished within a system that offers the Lending industry's only
Identity theft protection and prevention during the closing process. 

The borrowers will go to a website with the instruction and hand-holding of the closer, enter

a digital thumb print and sign documents using a stylus pen much like when you sign a credit card

at Target or Home Depot.  All DocMagic documents are already digital signature-enabled and ready to be signed.
