Mr. Alan Brisbane is Director of Development and Customer Service. He has been with DSI since the company's inception, a period of over fifteen years. Mr. Brisbane works with the legal department to create and maintain customer specific compliance tools, to answer customer questions and to assist with the implementation of company-wide compliance devices.

Mr. Michael Zarrilli is Director of Operations and has been with DSI for over thirteen years. Mr. Zarrilli oversees the processes and procedures of daily operations and manages the customer service and technical assistance departments. Like Mr. Brisbane, Mr. Zarrilli is expert at implementing computer logic and business rules and creating and maintaining customer specific compliance tools. Mr. Zarrilli also works closely with the legal department to create and maintain customer specific compliance tools, to answer customer questions and to assist with the implementation of company-wide compliance devices.
