DocMagic’s Compliance Department has prepared a matrix that outlines the default disclosures found in DocMagic’s initial and closing packages for each state, plus the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands. The matrix may be viewed in its entirety or on a per-State basis.
Note that other state disclosures are available but not listed in the matrix because they are optional forms, required for a license that is not commonly used to originate loans in a particular state, or used in unique loan transactions.
Below you will also find our multistate and pipeline disclosure matrices. Our pipeline matrix lists newly enacted disclosures that DocMagic is aware of and taking the appropriate action.
Further note that investors using their own custom disclosures may identify their disclosures under a name different from the title of the disclosure listed in DocMagic’s matrix. If you do not see a particular disclosure listed in the matrix, please contact Customer Service at (800) 649-1362 for assistance.
