Tech Tip of the Month: DocMaster's Changed Document Indication Feature

Have you ever changed data in a worksheet for DocMagic for Windows (DMW) or in a websheet for DocMagic Online (DMO) after having already processed the loan data the first time and wished that you could identify only those documents that were affected by your change? With a new enhancement to DocMaster, Document Systems, Inc.'s proprietary software for viewing and printing DocMagic's document sets, you may now readily identify those documents that have changed as a result of modified loan data and print only those documents.

DocMaster has a built-in feature that will help you save time and money by reducing the number of pages you need to print (if you have already printed the prior document set) when a change is made to a previously prepared set of documents. When you make a change to a worksheet or websheet, such as to a charge or fee, you must reprocess the worksheet or websheet in order for the documents to reflect these changes. After you reprocess, DocMaster will automatically display the documents that have been altered in red-colored font. This will enable you to quickly identify which documents have been affected by your change so that you may print only those documents.
