DocMagic Online (DMO) now makes available to its customers a Loan Detail Report that displays not only a summary of the loan transaction-specific details of the DMO loan worksheet (as shown in each tab of DocMagic), but also the results of the various compliance audits performed by DMO for the specific loan transaction.  As before, customers will continue to see audit messages on their computer screen when processing a worksheet, but now they will be able to view a dynamic report of those audits and print, if needed.  Within the "Compliance Audit" screen of the Loan Detail Report (as shown below), a DMO user also has the ability to view high cost details from the screen by clicking on the "+" symbol next to some of the line items in the high cost details section.  An example of the "Transaction Details" screen can be accessed here, and the "Compliance Audit" screen can be accessed here.

The "Transaction Details" and "Compliance Audit" screens are each dynamically completed when the DMO user clicks on the "Details" button in either the DMO worksheet screen or the audit screen, as shown below:

Once in the Loan Detail Report for the particular worksheet, the DMO user will see the "Transaction Details" screen.  Simply click on the "Compliance Audit" tab to see a report of the compliance audits generated by DMO.  To go back to the "Transaction Details" screen, click on the "Transaction Details" tab.  Below is a snapshot of the Loan Detail Report, displaying the "Transaction Details" and "Compliance Audit" tabs:

Note that instead of clicking on either the "Transaction Details" or "Compliance Audit" tabs, the DMO user may simply select from the drop down menu in the "Jump to:" field next to the "Compliance Audit" tab, the section of the Loan Detail Report that the user wishes to view.  Doing this will immediately direct the DMO user to the section of the "Transaction Details" or "Compliance Audit" selected by the user.  See below:

The DMO user also has the ability to print the Transaction Details and Compliance Audit sheets of the Loan Detail Report if the user desires to place these in the borrower's loan file or for any other purpose by clicking on the "Print" button at the bottom of each sheet.
