New HAMP Loan Programs Available Now

As those of you familiar with Fannie Mae's Home Affordable Modification Program ("HAMP") know, Fannie Mae has modified the standard documents necessary to process a loan modification under HAMP several times since the inception of the program.  Under Fannie Mae Announcement 09-31, the most recent standard documents under HAMP were required to be used, beginning March 1, 2010.  Most of these documents are listed on Fannie Mae's Borrower Solicitation Materials Page here.
