Yes. To begin creating your DocMagic docs, simply double-click on your DocMagicXL desktop icon and login. DocMagicXL will populate a list of loans from your loan origination software, select your loan from the list and click next to start the order.

All Administration for DocMagicXL must be done from the www.docmagic.com. To access Account Administration simply select "My Account". This option gives account administrators the ability to add/remove users, update current user profiles, update passwords, add/remove user services and add/remove plans.
A 6.
You have two ways to log into DocMagicXL.  You can launch it from your loan origination software or click on the desktop icon for DocMagicXL. Simply enter your current DocMagic credentials into the login screen, and if necessary, you may also be prompted to enter your credentials for your loan origination software. Yes. You can find specific loans and loan programs in DocMagicXL.  To perform a search, simply click into one of the search bars above your loan or loan programs list. Next, enter your keywords to search, click ENTER on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass icon in the search field.  The list will filter according to your search criteria.  To clear your search just click the "X" icon in the search bar.

There are two methods to correcting any audits you may have. The first method is to go back into your LOS, correct the data and re-audit the file within DocMagicXL. The second method is to click the "DocMagic" button located on the audit screen. Once DocMagic Online starts simply correct your audits and process the loan.

After you have validated your loan, selected a loan program and audited your loan, you can process your loan documents by simply selecting the type of loan package you desire from the drop-down menu and click the "Process" button. From this option you will have the ability to select from many package types such as "Loan Application, Flood Certification, Initial Disclosure, Closing Package, Servicing Transfer, or Loan Modification".

After you have ordered and processed your documents, you can email the documents by clicking the "Email" button located on the processing screen.

After you have ordered and processed your documents, to register the loan with MERS, simply click the "MERS" button located on the Processing screen.

No. DocMagicXL is a Java based application that must be installed on each local machine. If you would like to run DocMagicXL in a Terminal Service environment please contact Technical Support at 800-649-1362 or techsupport@docmagic.com for more information.

Once you have processed your Pre-Disclosure in DocMagicXL, simply click the "Email" button. Select the eDisclosure option and click the "Send" button.

Yes. Once you have processed your request for docs, you will be given an option to create them as a .PDF or a .DBK by clicking on their respective buttons. When the documents are displayed on your screen, you simply click the "Save" button from the menu bar and you will select the location to which your file will be saved to.
