DocMagic periodically reviews all current disclosure requirements to ensure document selection is as accurate as possible. DocMagic’s Compliance department recently completed a review of all state specific rate lock disclosures and will be making an update to the selection logic for Rate Lock Packages.
Beginning August 15, 2019, Rate Lock Packages will return with a state specific rate lock disclosure, if required. Please note that the forms listed below are NOT new, but are simply being added to an additional package type.
