The Department of Veterans Affairs (the “VA”) has recently updated a few chapters of the VA Lender’s Handbook.
On February 22 and March 11, the VA announced Chapters 4, 7 and 11 were revised in their entirety. The revisions are effective 90 days from the date of approval. The changes affect chapters on Underwriting a VA loan and Appraisal Requirements.
