SEL 2013-09: Changes to Pricing Terms

Fannie Mae has released Selling Guide Announcement 2013-09, which increases single family guaranty fees by 10 basis points for all maturities and applies to both whole loan and MBS deliveries.  Fannie Mae is also making certain changes to loan-level price adjustments (LLPAs) for loans with original maturities greater than 15 years and removing the Adverse Market Delivery Charge (AMDC) for all states, except Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and New York.  The Announcement is intended to serve as written notice of pricing increases that may be required by the terms of a lender’s Master Agreement or MBS contract.
