The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau launched a feedback tool for consumers and industry participants. In its ongoing efforts to combine the current HUD-1 Settlement Statement and Truth in Lending Disclosure, the Bureau has provided two versions of the consolidated form and is soliciting comments. By reviewing the forms, consumers may click on up to 4 sections and add notes describing what they like or dislike. Comments will be accepted through November 16 on the CFPB website at http://www.consumerfinance.gov/knowbeforeyouowe/.
