On June 7, the CFPB published a Small Entity Compliance Guide for the Loan Originator Compensation Rule. The CFPB’s goal is to provide an overview of the Rule in a plain language and FAQ format, making the content more accessible and useful for a broad array of industry constituents, especially smaller businesses with limited legal and compliance staff.
