Federal Reserve Board announces delay in finalizing three Reg Z proposals

On Monday, February 1, 2011, the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) announced that they will be delaying the finalization of three pending rulemakings under Regulation Z until after the transfer of authority from the FRB to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is completed. The transfer of authority to the CFPB is scheduled to occur in July 2011.
