On December 4, 2009, Freddie Mac updated its Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide, through Bulletin 2009-27, to reflect the maximum original loan amounts for Mortgages eligible for sale to Freddie Mac, provide information to assist Sellers in meeting the previously announced new loan-level origination data delivery requirements, and announce several changes to its credit requirements.
