Due to the confusion regarding the application of existing FHA guidance on the FHA model mortgage form for New Mexico, HUD issues Mortgagee Letter 09-13. The Mortgagee letter provides clarification guidance regarding the FHA model mortgage form to be used in New Mexico in light of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac 2008 security instrument (Form 3032) revision.
